I love working with Adam at Kevin O'Brien Insurance. I got comfortable with my old agency until they gave me a rate increase at which time I called Adam. I was shocked at how much money I may have been wasting because I got comfortable with the old insurance agency. Adam will let you know if he can help you or not and if not, he'll give you good advice.

've been buying insurance from Kevin O'Brien Insurance for a few years now. Business overhead insurance. Auto. Renters. They are very easy to work with. Whenever I call I get a human on the phone, not some phone tree I have to navigate. They also understand my business and what my insurance needs are. On multiple occasions they have made honest recommendations against buying certain products as it wasn't suited to my needs. They are good, honest people that do right by their customers.

When looking for homeowners insurance, I checked out several companies. Kevin O'Brien Insurance by far had the best customer service. Their insurance coverage was comparable to other companies, only much less expensive. Every time I've called I've spoken with Melissa, Adam or Kevin directly and all my questions have been answered. They even looked over my auto insurance to make sure that I was fully covered. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing new insurance or wanting to have their current insurance evaluated.
